“It was a great experience having coaching from Arjav. I had three key issues prior to getting engaged with Arjav were 

 1. Consumption of proper balanced diet without compromising much of my current diet. 

2. Weight training exercises and schedule that I could follow 

3. Proper nutrition intake both from food and supplements Arjav addressed each of my areas with great diligence and I was very easily able to adjust myself as per the plan. 

Being 52 years of age and leading a semi active lifestyle with majority of my day on desk.
